Name Poems

“Name poems” about organ composers:

Marion Whistle, a friend of one of our members, writes “name poems” about organ composers, in which the letters of the names of the subjects are spelt out as part of the text. Marion produces these as manuscripts, with each of the letters of the names highlighted in colour.  Attached below are the manuscripts of poems about Louis Lefebure Wely and William Lloyd Webber, and also the texts. Many thanks to Marion for producing these poems, in this very interesting format.
