At Bistro 1, Soho
We are again having our Annual Dinner in Soho at Bistro 1, 27 Frith Street, W1LD 5LE. 7.00 for 7.30pm on 23rd jan 2019. Our Guest Speaker will be Eric Shepherd of B.C. Shepherd & Sons Organ Builders.
The restaurant is located at the Shaftesbury Avenue end of Frith Street. It is very accessible, for example, it is in easy walking distance of Charing Cross or Piccadilly Circus and a short bus ride (on the 24 or 38) from Victoria Station.
Bistro 1 offers an international cuisine with a Turkish flavour, so whether your taste is falafel or fish and chips, you will find something to your taste. We use a basement room that has recently been done-up and provides an intimate and enjoyable atmosphere.
OLAZ
The staff are very friendly and led by Olaz who will ensure that we are well looked after.
For the fourth year running, he is again able to offer us an excellent deal. For only £20 we can have a three course meal selected from the menu with a welcome drink and tea or coffee to conclude. And yes, Soho is in Central London!

We will need to know the numbers for the restaurant, so it is important that you let our Hon Sec, Richard Pilliner, know if you want to come and how many guest you want to bring. One final point is that it will be much more convenient if each person pays by cash as Peter Ramell, our Hon Treasurer, will collect the money and then pay the restaurant as one bill – we have negotiated a collective good price!
